Filtration

As filtration system technology advances, we work to provide the highest efficient systems. A well designed and maintained filtration system will improve the quality of water to down stream processes, extending equipment’s and membrane’s service life.

Sand Filters

Sand Filters are used to remove large particles for the incoming water, typically down to 15 um.

Carbon Towers

Carbon Towers are used to remove chlorine, organics and THM’s from incoming water.

Softeners

Softeners are used to remove Calcium and Magnesium hardness for incoming water. They can be used in front of an RO to reduce the scaling potential. It can also allow an RO to run at higher efficiencies.

Cartridge Filters

Cartridge filters are designed to remove small particles. We can offer filters housing rated from 5 gpm to 500 gpm in a single vessel. We also offer filters from 0.45 um to 100 um.

Membrane Systems

As membrane technology advance, WPT works to provide our customers a custom designed systems that are able to operate at the highest efficiencies possible. Membrane systems are a vital part of producing a quality product.

Ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltration is capable of removing particle down to 100,000 MWCO or 0.01 um. It makes an excellent pretreatment for Reverse Osmosis. WPT can offer Ultrafiltration system from 100 gpm to 2000 gpm.

Nanofiltration

Nanofiltration is capable of rejecting 80 to 95% of dissolved solids. Nanofiltration is an excellent option for products that require water quality of less than 200 ppm Total Dissolve Solids. WPT can offer Nanofiltration systems from 100 gpm to 800 gpm on single skid.

Reverse Osmosis

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is capable of rejecting 98 to 99.8% of dissolved solids. RO is the preferred option for products that require water high quality water with less than 50 ppm Total Dissolve Solids . WPT can offer RO systems from 100 gpm to 800 gpm. On a single skid.

2 Pass Reverse Osmosis

Two Pass Reverse Osmosis system are capable of producing very water high quality water with less than 5 ppm Total Dissolve Solids . WPT can offer RO systems from 50 gpm to 400 gpm, on a single skid.
